Ginger Gold
Season: Late July
Ginger Golds are a greenish yellow, similar to a Golden Delicious. Don’t be fooled however, they are a semi-tart apple with firm flesh, making them excellent for eating and cooking.
Sour Cherries are finished for the season. A late frost wiped out almost all of our crop this year.
