Fruit Abundance:
Out of Season

Season: Late June - July

Packed with bold, earthy flavor and powerful antioxidants, black currants are a flavorful favorite with a rich, tangy taste unlike any other berry. These small, dark purple berries are perfect for syrups, jams, juices, and baking—or for anyone who enjoys a deep, robust fruit flavor. At Baugher’s Orchard, black currants are available for Pick-Your-Own, with limited quantities also offered at our Orchard Market. Their short season and unique taste make them a prized find—don’t miss your chance to experience these nutrient-packed berries fresh from the field!

Picking Tips
  • Black Currants ripen to a deep black.
